Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing broad planning professional services across multiple industry sectors. The successful candidate will undertake site analysis and research, prepare fee proposals and initial town planning advice, coordinate and prepare high-quality development applications, and manage small to large development and infrastructure projects from project inception through to full client engagement.

  • Maintain efficiencies, timelines, budgets, and specialist consultants on projects
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and assessing officers
  • Manage staff, including delegating tasks and projects, reviewing work performed
  • Ensure the assigned scope is planned, scheduled, and delivered
  • Pursue business development opportunities
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing broad planning professional services across multiple industry sectors, a minimum of 10 years' experience in a consulting/advisory role, and an in-depth understanding of technical disciplines such as environmental management/planning, engineering, architecture, infrastructure delivery, surveying, etc.

  • Demonstrate a strong digital, spatial, and innovation mindset
  • Able to operate independently, lead projects, interface with clients, deliver excellence, help procure, and develop emerging professionals
