Job Summary:

Senior Director of Planning and Strategy

This role is a critical position within the organization, responsible for driving business performance and strategy.

The Senior Director, Planning and Allocations will be a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to the development and achievement of operational and financial objectives for the division.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in planning and allocation. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a sound knowledge of relevant planning systems and the retail industry.

About This Role:
  • Promote business growth through effective planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and improve processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on planning and allocation best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Economics.
  • 10 years' experience working as a Planner/Buyer-Planner with increasing levels of ownership/leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Audit and compliance expertise.
