About the Opportunity

The organisation seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior executives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing diaries, internal and external commitments.
  • Preparing agendas and arranging meetings for committee, board, and other events.
  • Coordinating meetings, functions, and business events.
  • Managing travel, accommodation, itineraries, and background briefings.
  • Organising appointments and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Completing expense reports, processing invoices, and tracking purchasing requests.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Multitasking and fast-paced environment management skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong administration, planning, and organisation skills.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, high-quality report writing.
