A Project Coordinator will lead change and collaboration efforts across a technology landscape. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and experience in change management methodologies. This position involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring new systems and updates are understood and adopted by end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive change management plans to support the rollout of new features or information management systems.
- Deliver training to staff and coordinate communications with stakeholders to ensure messaging is aligned and engaging.
- Manage a CRM system, supporting users, resolving issues, and promoting system functionality across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering project Change Management across a small to medium-sized organisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Skills in designing and delivering adult learning resources.
