Bar & Cocktail Mixologists
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Falls Creek. As a vital member of our winter operations, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a diverse range of cocktails according to established recipes.
- Engage with guests, assess their preferences, and recommend beverages that suit their tastes.
- Stay updated on the latest drink trends and craft seasonal cocktails.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Comply with health and safety regulations while serving alcoholic beverages.
- Train and mentor bar staff on techniques and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies related to bar offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Current RSA certification and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol.
