Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of memorable guest experiences through engaging conversations, expert cocktail recommendations, and attentive service.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our signature cocktail list, wine selection, and overall drinks menu to drive guest satisfaction.
  • Support daily bar operations, including setup, mise en place preparation, and ensuring team readiness for service.
  • Uphold brand standards, service procedures, and safety regulations by leading by example and sharing best practices.
  • Develop a collaborative team culture through effective communication with colleagues and other departments.
  • Ensure responsible cash handling, including float sign-out, end-of-shift reconciliation, and tip management.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures, including RSA guidelines, WHS policies, and safe bar operations.
  • Promote sustainability practices behind the bar, minimizing waste and encouraging energy-saving habits.
