Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of engaging, memorable guest experiences through high-quality cocktails, personalized recommendations, and attentive service.
  • Be knowledgeable about the cocktail list, wine selection, and overall drinks menu to drive guest satisfaction.
  • Support the daily operations of the bar, including setting up the bar, preparing mise en place, and ensuring team members are ready for service.
  • Uphold brand standards, service procedures, and safety regulations through leading by example and sharing best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture through effective communication with colleagues and other departments.
  • Ensure responsible and accurate cash handling, including float sign-out, end-of-shift reconciliation, and tip management.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, including RSA guidelines, WHS policies, and safe bar operations.
  • Champion sustainability practices behind the bar, including minimizing waste and promoting energy-saving habits.
