About the role

We're seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Pascale Bar & Grill Restaurant. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day dining operations and act as Manager on Duty when required. This hands-on role involves hosting, serving food and beverages, overseeing functions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in maintaining smooth service and team synergy while delivering a world-class hospitality experience.

• Well-groomed with an approachable personality with a welcoming presence
• Enjoy leading a team and have a hands-on attitude
• People that love looking after people, and exceeding guests' expectations
• Has the ability to tackle challenges with a positive attitude and NEVER sweats the small stuff
• Independent, work autonomously and always go beyond the expected

Skills & experience

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a F&B Supervisor for 1-2 years
• The ability to work under pressure in a busy and dynamic F&B space
• Passion for culinary excellence & sound knowledge of current food trends
• Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
