As a Bartender at Yamagen, you will provide exceptional service and deliver authentic experiences to our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and has a strong desire to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Deliver memorable guest experiences through high-quality cocktails, personalized recommendations, and attentive service.
- Cocktail Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the cocktail list, wine selection, and overall drinks menu to drive guest satisfaction.
- Operations: Support the daily operations of the bar, including setting up the bar, preparing mise en place, and ensuring team members are ready for service.
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold brand standards, service procedures, and safety regulations through leading by example and sharing best practices.
