We are a rapidly growing company undertaking significant railway and transport infrastructure upgrade maintenance and projects throughout Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, and regional NSW.

Our team is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Operators to join our crew. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment while meeting safety and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy duty equipment such as resurfacing / tamping / regulator machines, excavators, front-end loaders, rollers, and other machinery as required.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience operating heavy duty equipment in a similar role.
  • Current Driver's Licence and Rail Industry Worker Card (RIW).
  • Track Safety Awareness certification.
  • CAT 3 Medical clearance.
  • Able to work physically demanding shifts, including weekends and night shifts, and occasionally work away from home.
