Our palliative care team in Rockhampton seeks experienced and compassionate nurses to provide specialized care for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs, focusing on comfort and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in Queensland
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, showcasing clinical expertise and person-centered care approach
  • Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued
  • Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Current driver's license and confidence to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland
