We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse/Midwife to join our Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit on a permanent, full-time/part-time basis.
Job Summary:- This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Nurse/Midwife to provide high-quality patient care using advanced clinical skills.
- Deliver exceptional patient care by utilizing cutting-edge clinical techniques.
- Collaborate with patients and caregivers to identify healthcare needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate work functions to optimize efficiency.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to discharge planning.
- Develop and maintain rosters, promote policy implementation, and allocate resources as needed.
- Manage labour resources, ensure quality care, and adhere to budget guidelines.
- Analyse data, prioritize workplace safety, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings, quality activities, and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Holding current registration with the Australian Health Regulation Agency as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology speciality.
- Postgraduate tertiary qualifications applicable to healthcare team speciality (desired).
- Possessing advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, strong planning and coordination abilities in clinical patient care management.
- Ability to work effectively within a collegiate healthcare team structure.
