About Us

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project manage employee engagement survey events and initiatives.
  • Oversee various projects, steering data-driven action planning.
  • Lead the annual performance review cycle.
  • Promote and communicate employee benefits programs.
  • Manage internal communications for the People & Culture team.
  • Handle LMS data distribution.
  • Support face-to-face learning sessions.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition & Management with data for succession planning and mobility goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Sharp data analysis skills and a strategic approach to turning metrics into meaningful action.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to forge strong connections across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A driven mindset to influence outcomes and steer projects that boost capability and align with our big-picture goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, particularly in employee engagement, benefits and capability building.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Confidence with HR systems and data visualisation tools.
