Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join our team as a service specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries and issues promptly and professionally, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer requests and queries related to salary packaging claims, package change requests, and new applications.
  • Maintaining high standards of information and administration, including managing customer data and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Striving for first-touch resolution with every interaction, whether it's via the telephone or email.
  • Providing superior customer service that upholds the reputation of our organisation in the industry.
  • Occasional outbound customer calls if required.
  • Working towards achieving individual goals and targets, as well as those of the team.
