**Job Role:** Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Inbound Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will be focused, honest, reliable, and dedicated, with a strong work ethic and desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The role involves taking inbound customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns using a phone and computer. You will work in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities for career progression within the business.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound customer calls and provide solutions to customer queries and concerns
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
