Highly Motivated IT Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to provide technical guidance and support for our corporate infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, driving best practice implementation, and maintaining Corporate IT systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft technologies and System Administration. They will also have a passion and drive for continuous learning and self-improvement, coupled with the ability to quickly gain an understanding and competency in new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Management: Provide technical monitoring and management of corporate infrastructure to ensure they continually meet defined performance, reliability, functionality, and security requirements agreed with the business.
- Technical Escalation: Engage with other technical and operational teams where required to ensure a world-class customer experience. Investigate and resolve anomalies and incidents escalated by the technical support teams, monitoring systems or identified during daily, weekly, monthly management and implement service requests within a defined SLA framework.
- Incident Management: Escalate incidents to the relevant team leader, manager, carrier, or third-party vendor in a timely manner. Coordinate, follow up, and manage escalated incidents affecting ABB services including the escalation of vendor faults once they have breached their outlined SLA's.
- Project Coordination: Assist with defining, prioritizing, coordinating, and executing ABB Corporate IT projects and ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Identify and implement automation of regular tasks to improve efficiency of the team and increase the reliability, performance, and functionality of customer solutions.
