  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Actioning customer and merchant queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and callbacks.
  • Managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification at HSC level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce and Genesys Cloud is highly desirable.
