About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering a world-class customer experience at our data centres.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, including managing site logistics, security, and maintenance.

You will work closely with our customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all services meet high standards and that our facilities are presented in a top-notch condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of data centre facilities, ensuring uninterrupted service and effective risk management.
  • Mentor and guide staff, contributing to their development and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage customer interactions, service provider relations, and the onboarding of clients, contractors, and staff.
  • Assist in procurement activities, maintenance contracts, and obtaining necessary certifications for facility compliance.
  • Contribute to and manage the site expense budget while supporting broader financial and operational objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with leading teams, including logistics coordination and facility presentation.
  • Exposure to physical security, ensuring proper processes, documentation, and adherence to Health & Safety standards.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and internal management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
