You will collaborate closely with the CDC team to ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining secure and uninterrupted facility operations. This role involves a balance of administrative responsibilities and hands-on support (50/50 ratio) to guarantee the ongoing operation and upkeep of our data centres.

  • Conduct inspections for repairs or renovations of facility structures, coordinating access for clients, guests, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices, supervise staff as directed by management, and represent the company in a professional manner.

About You:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience in scheduling or coordinating meetings or bookings.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Office Management, or Security Management is highly desirable.

Essential:

  • Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.
