Telehealth Injury Triage Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional patient care and support employees through workplace injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide expert-level triage services for workplace injuries via telehealth platforms.
- To assess and manage workplace injuries in accordance with industry best practices and organizational policies.
- To develop and implement effective plans to support injured employees' return-to-work strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Allied Health or Nursing (RN) required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in injury management, preferably in a telehealth setting.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
