Job Title: Member Support Consultant">

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base by providing exceptional service and driving positive member retention.

  • Contribute to sales growth through proactive sales activities and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Key Responsibilities:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • A current valid Working with Children Check
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
