Objective:

We are seeking an individual to oversee training initiatives, ensuring they meet federal government standards.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess the skills and qualifications of key personnel.

- Develop and implement training programs within the Defence Training Environment or previous training development experience.

- Maintain a good working knowledge and understanding of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) Process.

- Ensure compliance with Certificate 4 in workplace and Assessment qualification requirements or demonstrate prior experience in training development.
