The position of Project Coordinator is now available within our High-Impact NBN Project Team in Canberra.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-driven professional to assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of a cutting-edge NBN upgrade project—on time and above expectations.

">About the Role:">
  • ">
  • Assist in preparing forecasts, financial reports, and validating expenditures against budgets.">
  • Support contract reconciliation with site engineers.">
  • Maintain asset and equipment databases.">
  • Coordinate timely stock orders to meet construction schedules.">
  • Monitor and reconcile material quantities; ensure records are current.">
  • Help prepare practical completion documents and upload them to SharePoint.">
  • Create, manage, and distribute work tickets.">
  • Assist in developing and tracking construction schedules; escalate delays.">
  • Use systems to monitor construction progress against bill of quantity (BoQ) and field records.">
  • Identify variations and prepare client notifications with engineers.">
  • Monitor quality, report non-conformances, and support defect closeout.">
">About You:">
  • ">
  • 2–3 years of experience in project accounting and/or administration.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level).">
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.">
  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal drive.">
  • Previous experience in finance administration is highly regarded.">
  • Experience working in a project-based environment is desirable.">
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.">
