We are seeking a skilled administrator to provide effective support for technical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, collaborating with stakeholders on financial planning and budgeting, and delivering high-quality contract management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Support
    • Assist with the development and successful completion of procurement submissions and supporting documentation.
  • Financial Management
    • Collaborate with project areas on financial tasking, contribute to financial planning and budgeting, and collate required financial data and reports.
  • Contract Administration
    • Deliver effective contract management support, including contract variations, receipt and review of contract deliverables, and administration of contract closures.
  • Project Coordination
    • Provide effective project administration support, including schedule maintenance, risks and issues tracking, financial administration, and resource management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting complex ICT projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technology capability lifecycle, project and program assurance, and risk management.
