About the Job

Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, ensuring that deliverables are met within the specified constraints of time and cost.

This position involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to manage and lead project teams, defining requirements, and managing agreements.

The primary responsibility of this role is to guarantee that projects produce the required products to the desired standard of quality and within the stipulated timeframe.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing risks associated with project deliverables and ensuring that the impact on business units' profit and loss due to project activities is clearly visible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead people in the delivery of work packages or project stages in partnership with customers and business units to ensure acceptance, close-down, and handover to service.
  • Define work package or project stage requirements and manage the agreement process of requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure that formal review procedures are used.
  • Manage risks associated with the deliverables of the project or work package.
  • Ensure that the impact on business units' profit and loss due to project activities within the scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by the appropriate governance authority.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience working on projects and 6+ months working as a Project Coordinator or customer service professional.
  • Knowledge of the Defence environment.
  • Knowledge of Deskside projects.
  • Proactive and organized skills.
  • A current or reinstatable AGSVA clearance.
