Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling frontline teams to support member experience and operational goals.

You will design and deliver operational forecasts aligned with service levels and business needs. Additionally, you will monitor real-time performance across channels and adjust resourcing as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in workforce planning, resource analysis, or a similar role. They must be able to use data to inform decisions and improve efficiency.

Familiarity with Workforce Management systems and contact centre technologies is also required. A degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
