Commercial Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to oversee the management, maintenance and growth of our commercial property portfolio in Ballarat.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
  • Administer leases, including expiries, renewals and rent reviews, to ensure optimal rental income
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement and take corrective action as necessary
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as required to minimize costs and downtime
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues that may arise and maintain positive relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is essential, and a willingness to obtain if not already held
  • Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have strong time management and multitasking abilities, and be proficient in IT systems.
