Job Opportunity: Property Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated property management professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform, monitor, report, and analyze as set in key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prospect, appraise, list, and manage properties effectively
  • Plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns to drive growth
  • Maintain a well-systemized property management division to deliver high standards of service
  • Build strong working relations with landlords and tenants and effectively manage all issues related to property portfolio management
  • Customer database management and data analysis
  • Participate in scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings

About You

The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, be open to learning, possess great organizational skills, and have a proven track record of success in a team environment. A sound knowledge of industry acts, legislations, and compliances is also essential.
