Director of Service Job Summary

A full-time, permanent opportunity to lead and manage a team of passionate educators in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

This role involves building relationships with schools and partners, managing compliance and medical documentation, and fostering fun relationships with children and their families.

You will also be responsible for planning and delivering enriching experiences every day, managing your team's rosters, and being the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with preppies, parents, team members, and school principals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Natural leadership skills with an eye for detail.
  • Genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
