Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in supporting clinical governance and quality assurance across the organization.

The role involves coordinating Clinical Governance Committee operations and documentation, administering critical incident and complaint processes, maintaining clinical risk registers and supporting risk treatment planning.

You will lead internal and external quality audits, including ISO 9001 compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives and quality documentation.

Collaboration with the OHS Officer is essential to ensure clinical governance aligns with safety standards. You will also facilitate governance committees and contribute to the implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan.

About the Role
