Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert insights and recommendations on strategic HR matters impacting company priorities.
- Lead and empower the HR team, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan.
- Advocate for the HR function, positioning it as a trusted partner for company leaders.
- Design and implement complex people initiatives to improve stakeholder outcomes.
- Identify and respond to new business opportunities, managing bids and transitions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee performance metrics and contract management to meet company standards.
- Foster effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate open dialogue and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery.
- Proven HR management experience in complex organizational environments.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and delivering complex training programs.
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation claims management and return-to-work strategies.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management in HR functions.
- Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
