About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to lead our demand planning efforts and drive decision-making in our dynamic organization. This role reports into the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced demand forecasting models to drive business growth and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align demand planning strategies with overall business objectives and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve demand planning processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and historical data to enhance forecast accuracy and inform business decisions.
  • Present forecast insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and drive decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain demand planning with a proven track record of successfully leading demand planning projects.
  • Expertise in Excel, Power BI, statistical modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Statistics, or a related field.
