Job Description

As a Senior Demand Planner at Red Bull, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Own the Demand plan, analyzing forecast accuracy performance and business targets to ensure accurate SKU forecasting.
  • Prepare and provide data/insights for the monthly Demand Review meetings to support business decision-making.
  • Run the Red Bull Australia SAP IBP modules for the weekly and monthly Global S&OP process and maintain relevant master data.
  • Maintain an 18-month rolling Supply plan for long-term capacity planning, manage inventory and safety stock levels, coordinate new product introductions and phase-outs, and participate in cost planning for physical distribution.
  • Communicate supply challenges and implications to stakeholders and contribute to monthly Sales and Operations Planning process.
  • Establish strong trusting relationships with cross-functional business partners and external stakeholders, including 3PLs, suppliers, and customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years working experience in Demand and Supply planning in an FMCG environment, with proven experience in a planning role with a focus on S&OP.
  • 5+ years working experience using SAP, good ERP knowledge generally, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • University qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or similar.
  • High calibre of professional interpersonal skills/EQ, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivated team member who can drive resolutions to issues with strong problem-solving skills.
