We foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement, promoting well-being and creativity for every child. As a non-contact Educational Leader, you will guide pedagogy, inspire your team, and lead the creation of meaningful learning experiences.

  • Champion approved learning frameworks and drive program quality.
  • Collaborate with Centre Directors and Relationship Managers to ensure holistic care.
  • Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child.

Our centre is nestled in a picturesque area, known for its stunning beaches, lush national parks, and iconic headland. It has a lively local economy, with a diverse array of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops that foster a strong sense of community. At our centre, we provide care for up to 110 children.

You are passionate about early childhood and driven to make a difference. You bring:

  • A deep respect for children as competent learners.
  • Experience as an Educational Leader, leading and inspiring a team.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification), or working towards it.
