Job Description:

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll be responsible for leading your own room and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leaders to deliver exceptional educational programs.

You'll observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices to ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. Our team works together to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with Centre Leadership and Educational Leaders to develop and implement teaching practices
  • Observe and inform on teaching practices to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Blue Card
