We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and developing the skills of our Warehouse and Administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Lead and develop the Warehouse and Administration teams to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Monitor and improve inventory management processes and systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
