About this role

Eldercare Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Leader at our Yorke Peninsula residential aged care facility in Maitland.

As a key member of our site management team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, residents, and families, providing high-quality nursing care and leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualised nursing care to residents
  • Leading and mentoring staff to ensure high standards of resident care
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager to achieve site goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including current AHPRA registration
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
