High-Voltage Transmission Works Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team.
This role involves developing methodologies and cost estimates for high-voltage transmission works, including stringing and tower erection. You will work closely with senior engineering and commercial leads to develop tenders that win work and can be delivered.
About the Role- Analyse RFQs, drawings, specifications and contract documents for complex high-voltage and transmission works.
- Develop accurate, first-principles estimates and clear pricing models using engineering inputs and supplier quotations.
- Liaise with procurement to support subcontractor engagement and BoQ development.
- Contribute to risk reviews and work with planning to align timeframes and delivery milestones.
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 3-5+ years' experience in high-voltage transmission, stringing or linear infrastructure projects.
- Skilled in tensioning methodology, foundation types, HV safety standards and outage planning.
- Confident in interpreting and translating technical content across delivery, design and commercial teams.
