About the Role
  • Oversee staff management and resource allocation to ensure seamless operations
  • Order and procure food and supplies in accordance with quality standards
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through adherence to food safety protocols
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and align with organisational objectives
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen, healthcare facility or hotel
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage rosters, staffing and supervision effectively
  • Capacity to handle enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday shifts from 6am to 2pm or 12pm to 8pm
