Leadership Role in Quick Service Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a quick service restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining brand standards, and driving profitable growth.

Job Description

The General Manager will oversee the overall performance of the restaurant, including sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and food quality & safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team to achieve or exceed targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.
  • Maintaining operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
  • Ensuring the restaurant consistently meets or exceeds brand standards and food safety requirements.

  • Able to operate in and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Uses judgment and discretion to resolve less routine questions and problems.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • A high school diploma or general education development (GED) equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
  • Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time; frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 20 pounds.
