Job Description:">

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in our warehouse, overseeing a team of 4 forklift operators and ensuring timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch.

You will also supervise the servicing of materials to 9 filling lines, manage pallets and waste, coordinate cycle counting, and ensure proper storage of materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for waste collection management, site contact for forklift fleet and racking, and construction of a weekly truck plan in conjunction with operational buyers.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and excellent customer service focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications and/or experience in warehouse management
  • Current forklift license
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Confident communicator, able to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to change
  • Good organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with customer service focus
  • Competent computer skills is essential with experience using SAP preferred
