Warehouse Manager Position

This challenging role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including supervising forklift operators. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervision of 4 forklift operators
- Timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch
- Servicing of materials to 9 filling lines
- Pallet management; both CHEP, and waste pallets
- Coordination of cycle counting
- Ensuring materials are properly stored in the warehouses
- Waste collection management
- Site contact for management of the forklift fleet, forklift scanners, and racking
- Construction of a weekly truck plan in conjunction with operational buyers to ensure delivery of both inbound and out-bound materials in a cost-effective manner
- Ensure compliance to safety and chain of responsibility systems and procedures
Requirements for this position include:
- Qualifications and/or experience in warehouse management
- Current forklift license
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Confident communicator, able to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to change
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with customer service focus
- Competent computer skills is essential with experience using SAP preferred
