Warehouse Manager Opportunity

Joining this organisation means you are part of a human environment – passionate people driven by the purpose of enhancing life and contributing to a healthier future. In our Gympie factory, we produce iconic coffee blends with 100 SKUs across 10 production lines.
This is a challenging role taking sole charge of daily operations in our warehouse, including supervision of forklift operators. The warehouse dispatches on average 15 B-double trucks per week.
As Warehouse Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Supervision of forklift operators
- Timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch
- Servicing of materials to filling lines
- Pallet management; both CHEP and waste pallets
- Coordination of cycle counting
- Ensuring materials are properly stored in the warehouses
- Site contact for management of the forklift fleet, scanners, and racking
- Construction of a weekly truck plan in conjunction with Operational Buyers to ensure delivery of inbound and outbound materials in a cost-effective manner
- Ensure compliance to Safety and Chain of Responsibility systems and procedures
- Undertake root cause analysis and corrective actions where deviations to standards are identified
This is a site-based role, working Monday to Friday. This role includes leading hand allowance.

Requirements
- Qualifications and/or experience in warehouse management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Confident communicator, able to multi-task, prioritise, and adapt to change
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with customer service focus
- Competent computer skills, with experience using SAP preferred
