Medical Services Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to lead the delivery of medical services and promote patient care.

  • Promoting and managing medical services for patients
  • Contributing to regular planning and review of healthcare operations
  • Organizing staff resources, space, and equipment for doctors
  • Managing facilities for employees and patients
  • Assigning daily duties to staff members
  • Controlling staff selection, training, supervision, and performance evaluation
  • Managing administrative tasks, including budget planning, report preparation, and expenditure on supplies and services
  • Managing accounts with third-party suppliers
  • Maintaining patient records in compliance with health regulations
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks, such as billing patients and issuing tax receipts
  • Maintaining medical and office supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
  • Liaising with external parties and providing solutions
  • Coordinating healthcare programs and services
  • Handling patient complaints
  • Improving staff skills and coordinating activities
  • Processing payroll

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in computer software and hardware
  • Excellent keyboard skills and typing speed
  • Bilingual (Vietnamese and English) preferred
