Healthcare Team Leader

A driven leader is required to oversee and lead a team in a well-established medical facility.

About The Facility

We have 38 locations across Australia (& growing), seeking a Team Leader to manage our Knox City (Wantirna South) branch.

About The Role

This position focuses on working closely with your team of professionals to achieve operational targets, as well as the general management of the facility. This is an exciting leadership opportunity, where you will be able to shape a brand-new team and new facility opening.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field (with extensive training provided)
  • Strong background in sales and meeting Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience managing staff, setting goals and motivating sales
  • Ability to offer high-level customer service and retail sales to a large volume of clients
  • Self-motivated with a warm and friendly approach
  • Ability to foster a positive, vibrant, healthy culture in the facility
  • Great leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire your team

Facility Details

Full-time permanent - 38 hours per week. Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday (your choice).
