Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a key role within our hospitality team, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of breakfast buffets and a la carte dinner services.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of food and beverage services.
  • Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality.

  • High standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain.
