Job Title: Hospitality Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and stakeholders
  • Food Safety: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control throughout all aspects of hospitality operations
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to achieve their best
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, residents, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality leadership, preferably in health or hotel environments
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Desirable: Experience with Food Safety programs and compliance
