Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong supervision and leadership to the team, fostering a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement effective training and mentorship programs to enhance team performance
  • Monitor productivity and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
  • Conduct daily team briefings on shift duties and tasks, ensuring clear communication and expectations
About You:
  • You have a background in hospitality and significant leadership experience
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example, inspiring your team to do the same
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and team development, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
  • Leadership ability to motivate and grow the team, with a focus on employee engagement and retention
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Must have significant experience in Hospitality, preferably in a leadership role
  • A minimum of 2-years of hospitality experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership positions
  • Current RSA Certificate, or equivalent
