Assistant Manager Role

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to take on a leadership role at our venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a motivational and inspiring leader, developing and training team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences every time
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and rostering team members, and assisting guests
  • Bring passion for good food and creating memorable moments for guests
  • Be creative and develop initiatives to grow the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality management, particularly in food, bars, and gaming, even from a supervisor position
  • Solid planning and organizational skills for leading and developing teams
  • Operational know-how to support the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets
  • A keen understanding and ability to create memorable guest experiences
  • Qualifications: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager (we can assist with obtaining your RMLV and Approved Manager licence)
