Job Overview

This is an opportunity to work as a specialist in quality improvement, providing coaching, advice and support to build capability and capacity within a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality management advice to teams at the local level in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Contribute towards the efficiency and effectiveness of a healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to lead and facilitate implementation of quality management strategies, initiatives and plans.
  • Enable managers to implement effective quality improvement activities including auditing and complaints management.
  • Provide specialist advice on clinical governance and quality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality improvement role within a medium to large organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing advice into complaints management and clinical investigations.
  • High level understanding of contemporary approaches to quality management in the health and/or aged care industry.
  • Demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to a socially responsible organisation.
  • Skilled at navigating complex organisations, forging relationships and managing through influence.
